A single tank refill for most households — the everyday option when the municipal supply stops.
When the taps stop and the tank is low, a household needs water the same day, not a quotation next week. This is the everyday service most of our customers use.
The honest answer is that it depends on how many people are in the house and how carefully you are using water while supply is unreliable. As a rough planning figure, a household of four using water carefully for drinking, cooking, washing and sanitation will move through somewhere in the region of 400 to 600 litres a day. Normal unrestricted use, with laundry, long showers and a garden, runs well above that.
On those numbers, a 2,500 litre delivery covers a careful household of four for roughly four to five days, and a 5,000 litre delivery for eight to ten. Treat those as planning estimates for your own household rather than a promise, because consumption varies enormously between properties.
The 2,500 litre load at US$30 suits a top-up, a smaller property, a cottage, or a household bridging a short interruption. The 5,000 litre load at US$50 is better value per litre and is the right order when you are filling an empty tank, running a larger household, or you expect the supply problem to last.
If your storage is a standard 5,000 litre Jojo that has run dry, order the 5,000 litre load. Filling it in one delivery costs less than two 2,500 litre deliveries and saves you arranging access twice.

A large share of Harare households now run on a borehole rather than a council connection, and that changes what goes wrong. Rather than a supply cut, the failure is gradual: yield drops through the dry season, the pump runs longer for less, and the tank stops recovering overnight.
Bulk delivery is what covers that gap. Many of our residential customers are not in an emergency at all, they simply top up the tank on a rhythm that suits the property until the rains return.

As a planning figure, a household of four using water carefully for drinking, cooking, washing and sanitation typically uses around 400 to 600 litres a day. Unrestricted use with laundry and a garden is considerably higher. Use this to estimate, then order the volume your tank can hold.
For a careful household of four, roughly eight to ten days. Actual duration depends entirely on how many people are in the house and how the water is used.
Yes. Poly storage tanks are what we discharge into most often. Tell us the capacity when you order so we send a volume the tank can hold.
Someone should be on site to open the gate, point out the tank and confirm the delivery. If that is difficult, tell us when you order and we will work out an arrangement.
