How much is 2,500L of water?
2,500 litres delivered anywhere in Harare costs US$30. See 2,500L deliveries.
How much is 5,000L of water?
5,000 litres delivered anywhere in Harare costs US$50. See 5,000L deliveries.
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes. Both prices are delivered prices within Harare, including discharge into your storage.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
No. There is no after-hours, weekend, public holiday or express surcharge. The published price applies at all times.
Can I order more than 5,000 litres?
Yes. Volumes above 5,000 litres are quoted individually rather than listed. Tell us the total volume, address and timing and we will price the job. Request a quotation.
Do you deliver smaller volumes than 2,500 litres?
2,500 litres is our smallest published load. If you need less than that, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for the job.
How do I pay for my water?
Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the driver once the water has been discharged. There is no deposit or prepayment needed to place a standard order. For quoted work such as multi-load pool fills or construction programmes, payment terms are agreed with you at the time of quoting.

How can I order water?

Can I order water through WhatsApp?
Yes, and it is often the easiest way. Send your address, the volume you need and a photo of the gate or tank if access is tricky. Start a WhatsApp order.
Does DM Bulk Water deliver 24 hours?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays.
How quickly can my water be delivered?
We do not publish a guaranteed delivery time, because it genuinely depends on where the tanker is, the time of day, traffic and how many orders are ahead of yours. When you call we will tell you realistically when we can be there.
Do I need to be at home for the delivery?
Someone should be on site to open the gate, point out the storage and confirm the delivery. If that is difficult, tell us when you order and we will work something out.
What information do you need from me?
The volume, your address including the suburb, where the water should be discharged, and a phone number that will be answered when the driver is close.
What if the tanker cannot reach my tank?
We carry delivery hose and can usually reach storage set back from where the truck stands. Tell us the distance and the driveway surface when you order so we arrive prepared.

Do you deliver to Greendale?
Yes — Greendale is where we are based, at 17 Huxham Road. It is our shortest run and most frequently served suburb.
Do you deliver to Borrowdale?
Yes, including Borrowdale West, Borrowdale Brooke, Gletwin and Ballantyne Park. See bulk water in Borrowdale.
Do you charge more for suburbs further away?
The published prices are delivered prices within Harare. If an address falls outside the city boundary we will tell you before you commit.
Do you deliver outside Harare?
Areas outside the city boundary, such as Ruwa, Chitungwiza, Norton, Domboshava, Goromonzi, are served on request rather than as standard. Call us with the address and we will confirm.

Do you deliver to construction sites?
Yes. Site water for mixing, curing, compaction and dust suppression is a routine part of what we do, including early-morning deliveries ahead of a pour. See construction water delivery.
Do you deliver swimming pool water?
Yes, both top-ups and full fills. Full fills are multi-load jobs and are quoted before we start. See pool water delivery.
Do you deliver to businesses and offices?
Yes, including outside your trading hours so the tanker is not in the way. See commercial water delivery.
Can you fill a Jojo or poly storage tank?
Yes. Poly storage tanks are what we discharge into most often. Tell us the capacity when you order so we send a volume the tank can hold.
Can a landlord or agent order on behalf of a tenant?
Yes. We regularly take orders from landlords, managing agents and body corporates. We need the delivery address and an on-site contact.

Is DM Bulk Water ZINWA registered?
Yes. We hold five ZINWA registration certificates, one per tanker, under a groundwater permit in accordance with Statutory Instrument 90 of 2013. All five are published with their verification codes on our compliance page.
Is the water suitable for household use?
We supply bulk water as a ZINWA-registered operator under a groundwater permit. Our compliance page publishes all five tanker certificates in full, and you are welcome to ask us about them when you order.
