Ordering on behalf of a property
We regularly take orders from people who are not at the delivery address: managing agents, landlords, facilities managers and head offices. That is straightforward. We need the delivery address, a site contact who can open up and point out the storage, and the volume.
For complexes with security booms, please make sure the guard is expecting a tanker. It is the single most common cause of a delayed commercial delivery in Harare.
