Newlands is close in, dense and mixed: houses, flats and offices on the same block, all on the Enterprise Road corridor we run every day.
Newlands stands are noticeably smaller than Greendale or Chisipite, and a good share of the suburb is flats and townhouses rather than standalone houses. The tanks are smaller too, which is why the 2,500L load at US$30 is ordered here more often than in the outer suburbs.
For blocks of flats and small complexes, a 5,000L delivery at US$50 usually makes more sense: one delivery serving several units, split however the body corporate or landlord chooses to handle it.
The commercial strip through Newlands, including offices, the shopping centre, restaurants and small businesses, cannot trade without water. We deliver to commercial premises here as readily as to homes, and outside trading hours where that suits you better.
Newlands is the sort of suburb where access is the whole job. Narrow gates, on-street parking, tight turning circles into flat complexes and tanks tucked into a side passage are all normal here.
If you are in a flat or townhouse complex, the practical thing is to tell us the block name and where the tank sits before we arrive rather than after.
