It means the number on this page is the number you call at 2am on a Sunday, and it is answered. It does not mean we can promise a tanker at your gate within a fixed number of minutes, and we will not claim that, because no honest operator in Harare can guarantee it regardless of what their website says.
What we will do is tell you straight away where the tanker is, what is ahead of you, and when we can realistically be there. If that does not work for you, you have lost a phone call rather than a night.

What to tell us when you call
In an urgent call, four pieces of information get water moving faster than anything else:
- Your address, including the suburb and a landmark or road name we can find in the dark.
- The volume you need: 2,500L or 5,000L, or your tank capacity if you are not sure.
- Where the water goes, and whether a tanker can get to it.
- A phone number that will be answered when the driver is close.
While you wait for the water
- Prioritise drinking, cooking and sanitation over everything else.
- Fill buckets and containers from any remaining supply now, not later.
- Keep one bucket per toilet for flushing. It is the single largest household use.
- Switch off electric geysers and any pump that could run dry.
- Close taps that were left open when the supply failed, so nothing is lost when it returns.

Do you charge more for emergency or after-hours delivery?
No. The published prices apply at all times: US$30 for 2,500 litres and US$50 for 5,000 litres. There is no emergency, express or weekend surcharge.
How fast can you deliver water in an emergency?
We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because it depends on where the tanker is, the time of day, traffic and how many orders are ahead of yours. When you call we will tell you realistically when we can be there rather than give you a number that sounds good.
