Highlands sits between our Greendale base and the city, on the Enterprise Road run. It is a mixed suburb where we deliver to households, offices and diplomatic properties alike.
Highlands is not a purely residential suburb. Along Enterprise Road and the roads feeding it, large houses sit alongside converted office properties, embassies, guest houses and small commercial operations, and each has a different water problem.
A household wants its storage tank full before the weekend. An office needs enough water to keep ablutions and a kitchen running through a working day with staff on site. We deliver to both, and the 5,000L load at US$50 tends to be the working unit for commercial premises.
For an office or guest house in Highlands, running dry is not an inconvenience, it closes you. Because we operate 24 hours, a delivery can be scheduled for early morning before staff arrive or late evening after they leave, so the tanker is not in the car park during the working day.
If your premises needs water on a repeating basis rather than in an emergency, contact us and we will discuss arrangements instead of you having to phone in each time.
Older Highlands stands generally take a rigid tanker without difficulty. Where it gets tighter is the converted commercial properties with paved parking and boom gates, and the newer cluster developments off the main roads. Mention the access when you order so we bring the right hose length.
