About DM Bulk Water
A ZINWA-registered bulk water delivery company operating out of Greendale, Harare — around the clock, at published prices.
Who we are
Water delivery, run as a logistics business
DM Bulk Water delivers bulk water by tanker across Harare. We operate from 17 Huxham Road in Greendale, and the work is straightforward: you tell us how much water you need and where it is going, we confirm the price, and we deliver it into your storage.
What we try to do differently is treat it as a logistics operation rather than a favour. That means being reachable at any hour, publishing our prices instead of quoting them by mood, being honest about when a tanker can realistically arrive, and being a registered business that can answer questions about its compliance.
Water is not a discretionary purchase. When a household or a business runs out, the thing they need is not a sales pitch — it is a supplier who picks up the phone and tells them the truth about when the water will arrive.

What we stand behind
Six things we will always do
Only claims we can actually support. There is no "fastest", "cheapest" or "safest" on this page, because we cannot prove any of them.
Answer at any hour
We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays.
Publish our prices
US$30 for 2,500 litres, US$50 for 5,000 litres, visible before you call, with no surcharges.
Stay compliant
Five tankers, each individually registered with ZINWA under a groundwater permit.
Be honest about timing
We tell you when we can realistically arrive, rather than a number that sounds good on the phone.
Be findable
A real address in Greendale and a Google Business Profile, not just a mobile number.
Take orders any way
Phone, WhatsApp or the website form, whichever is quickest for you at the time.
Who we deliver to
The service is the same tanker and the same water, but the reasons people order differ a great deal — and so does the advice that is actually useful.
- Residential Water Delivery — when the taps stop and the tank is low, a household needs water the same day, not a quotation next week.
- Commercial Water Delivery — for a business, no water is not an inconvenience, it is a closed door.
- Construction Water Delivery — a site without water stops.
- Swimming Pool Water Delivery — filling a pool from a garden tap can take days and puts every other use in the house behind it.
- Emergency Water Delivery — you have run out.
Where we deliver
Across Harare, from our Greendale base. The eastern and northern suburbs are our shortest runs, but the published prices apply throughout the city.
